Shipment Responsibility
Scriptora LTD is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier.
Delivery & Signature Requirement
Please note that, due to recent safety measures, couriers may not require signatures upon delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, we do not accept responsibility for loss or theft. We do not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
